The enclosed area has granite flooring, a suspended plaster and foam ceiling on an aluminum frame, and a zinc roof on a metal frame, except for the laundry room, one bedroom, one bathroom, and one shower, which have tile floors. The windows have aluminum-framed shutters and PVC sliding doors, with iron gates for security. The walls are cast-in-place concrete, resurfaced, and plastered blocks, painted on both sides. The bathrooms maintain standard fixtures, one with tiled walls up to the ceiling, and the other with tiled shower walls up to half the height. The kitchen has a single stainless steel countertop and sink. It also maintains a wooden overhead cabinet and tiles in the sink area.
